What You'll Get:
1 bag of Columbia Buesaco Coffee
This is not your typical Colombian coffee. It’s balanced for those who like a classic Colombian, yet it’s bursting with flavors that you won’t forget. It is roasted on the lighter side of medium. This Buesaco cherry lot is juicy, clean, and floral, named for its fruit-forward cup profile, created by allowing the coffee to rest longer in the cherry either on the tree or after being harvested.
Altitude: 1,800 masl
Varieties: Caturra, Castillo, Colombia
Process: Fully washed
It makes a perfect morning cup brewed in a standard coffee pot. We especially like to brew it using the Fellow Stagg [X] Dripper. It’s also amazing blended with our Ethiopian as espresso in an afternoon latte.
6 Planes Coffee recommends a brewing ratio between 1:15 and 1:17 (for example: 1 gram of coffee to 15ml of water). If you choose espresso, try a ratio of 1:2 (we like 20g of coffee to 40ml of water).
